At the Alberta Music Academy Inc., our goal is to foster a love and appreciation for something which we all hold close to our hearts...music.
We aim to equip each student, regardless of age or ability, with the tools necessary for making music.
Our approach is to balance an understanding of fundamental technique with musical appreciation in a fun, stimulating environment.
The Academy's History
The Alberta Music Academy Inc. is a music school in Edmonton, founded in September of 2002 with the idea of creating an environment for well-rounded musical education of a high standard.
Since then our history is being written every day by the persistent efforts of a talented, knowledgeable and experienced group of teachers and their dedicated students.
Our Traditions
In recognition of our students' achievements and to encourage their efforts, the Academy has established a tradition of rewarding selected students with trophies and scholarships at the end of a school year.
